Individual daily requirements may vary depending on breed, environment, season, physical activity and other similar factors. Energy requirements during the lactation period depend on the number of kittens. If a cat has 2, 4 or 8 kittens, the energy requirements increase by 1.5, 2 or 3 times compared to the needs of a normal adult cat. It is recommended that nursing cats have food available at all times.

- Due to the large nutritional values and balanced SPECIFIC™ FPD Kitten food composition , a small amount of food is enough for the animal to receive enough energy and nutrients.
- There is food in the plantain seed husks and beet pulp to maintain a healthy digestive tract.
- SPECIFIC™ FPD Kitten is particularly suitable for young and growing kittens from weaning (5-6 weeks) until neutering or up to 8-12 months of age (depending on breed). Older cats can be introduced to SPECIFIC™ FXD, FXW and FXW-P Adult, SPECIFIC™ FCD, FCW and FCW-P Crystal Management or SPECIFIC™ FCD-L Crystal Management Light.
- For young sterilized animals, SPECIFIC™ FND Neutered Young is recommended.

- A pregnant cat needs approximately 1.5 times more food than usual. During lactation, the nutritional requirements depend on the number of kittens and can be 1.5-5 times higher than usual. It is recommended that lactating cats have SPECIFIC™ FPD/FPW kitten food at all times.
