Slightly reduced protein and sodium levels, increased potassium citrate levels, and a urine pH of approximately 6.6 prevents the formation of calcium oxalates and maintains a healthy urinary tract. Due to the low content of RSS, urine is insufficiently saturated for struvite and metastable for the formation of calcium oxalates.
