Minimal processing process - freeze-drying to preserve all nutritional properties. First: the meat is cut into cubes, which are then frozen at a very low temperature (-20 C). Then: the frozen cubes are vacuum-processed to remove moisture from the food. The final product preserves the nutritional properties, taste, color and texture of the raw meat.
