Keyvit 50 mg tablets for dogs N14

For dogs: treatment of anticoagulant poisoning following parenteral therapy.

Each tablet contains: active ingredient(s): phytomenadione, racemic (Vitamin K1) 50.0 mg.

Use: Feed. 5 mg phytomenadione per kg body weight per day, equivalent to 1 tablet per 10 kg body weight per day, once a day, for 21 days. Body weight <2.5 kg - 1⁄4 tablet, body weight from 2.5 to 5 kg - 1⁄2 tablet, body weight > 5 to 7.5 kg - 3⁄4 tablet, body weight > 7.5 to 10 kg* - 1 tablet. For dogs > 10 kg: 1⁄4 tablet for every 2.5 kg.
